ZaleyCash Rules of Operation

To use the ZaleyCash service correctly and effectively, you must strictly follow the established rules. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in account suspension and funds being frozen.

Key operating rules

• Swapping sites or landing pages after passing moderation is prohibited.

• The use of cloakers/cambeckers on landing pages is prohibited. To ensure transparency of ad campaigns and compliance with ad platform rules, do not use cambeckers.

• Compliance with restrictions on specially regulated products. For products subject to special requirements (geographic restrictions, broadcast time limits, etc.), strictly follow all conditions agreed upon before launching the campaign.

• Mandatory compliance with the rules of the specific ad network. In addition to ZaleyCash's general rules, you must meet all requirements and restrictions set by the chosen advertising platform.

Consequences of violations

• If a rule violation is identified, the service administrators have the right to block access to the personal account for the specific ad network where the violation was found.

• All funds held in accounts on that network will be frozen pending clarification of the circumstances.

• In the event of a repeat violation, we reserve the right to fully block the user's ZaleyCash account, including all advertising accounts and active balances.

• In certain cases, at the request of the ad network or at ZaleyCash administration's discretion, the account may be blocked on the very first violation.

User obligations upon registration

• By registering with the service, you confirm that you have read the rules and agree to comply with them.

• Use of the service is permitted only for its intended purpose:

  • to top up ad networks,
  • to participate in the ZaleyCash referral program.

• If suspicious activity is detected (fraud or suspected fraud), the administration may refuse to withdraw funds and block the account without warning.

Recommendations for safe and effective work

• Before launching ad campaigns, carefully review the rules of the ad networks and ZaleyCash's service instructions.

• Do not change ad materials or settings after passing moderation without re-approval.
