How to register

To start using the ZaleyCash service, you need to fill out the registration form with all the required details and confirm your registration using one of the methods — via Telegram or SMS. The method you choose will be set as the first factor of two-factor authentication.

Step-by-step registration instructions:

1. Go to the official ZaleyCash website and click the "Registration" button.
2. Fill out the registration form, providing:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Password
   • Phone number
   • Telegram account
3. Review and accept the terms of use and conditions for working with the service.
4. Choose a method to confirm your registration:
   • Confirmation via Telegram (you'll need to scan the code or follow the link shown at the registration confirmation step)
   • Confirmation via SMS (a code will be sent to your phone number)
5. Once confirmed, your account will be registered, and the confirmation method you chose will become the first authentication factor.
6. We recommend additionally setting up a second authentication factor (phone number or Telegram) to increase your account's security (see the "Two-Factor Authentication" section for details).

What to do if the SMS confirmation code doesn't arrive

• Make sure the number was entered correctly and matches your mobile device.
• Check your signal strength and whether your mobile network is working.
• Try requesting the code again after a few minutes.
• Restart your phone and try again.
• If the problem persists, check for possible carrier restrictions or message blocking.
• Contact ZaleyCash support via live chat or Telegram for prompt assistance.

What to do if you can't link Telegram

• Check that the details are correct — make sure you've specified the right Telegram account you want to link to the service (username without the @ and with the correct case).
• Check your Telegram connection — make sure you're signed in to the correct Telegram account on your device and that Telegram is working correctly (e.g., internet isn't disabled, no restrictions in place).
• Check blocks and privacy settings — your Telegram privacy settings may be restricting the ability to receive messages from the ZaleyCash bot or service notifications.
• Try a different method — if an error occurs during registration or when setting up two-factor authentication, try choosing SMS (phone) confirmation instead, then add Telegram as the second factor in your account settings.
• Refresh the page — technical glitches are sometimes caused by temporary browser errors or cache issues. Clear your cache, restart your browser, or try a different one.

Recovering access to your account

If you've forgotten the password to your account, you can recover access using the password reset feature. To do this, you'll need to provide the email address used during registration.

Steps to reset your password:

1. Go to the ZaleyCash login page.
2. Click the "Forgot password?" link.
3. In the form that appears, enter your registered email.
4. Follow the instructions in the email sent to the specified address — it will contain a link or code for resetting your password.
5. Follow the link and set a new password for your account.
6. Once your password is successfully changed, you'll be able to log in to your account with the new password.
